Gospel-Centered Service
Our goal is to bring glory to God by making disciples through Christ-centered worship, community, and service. This is our mission for discipleship. Christ-centered service is the overflow of discipleship, serving those in and outside of the church. One of the ways we demonstrate this discipleship trait is through volunteer opportunities. Below are a few ways to volunteer at New Life.
See What God Can Do Through You.
CONNECTIONS
Our Connection team provides people with the most recent and relevant information about New Life. They greet people before services, provide information about upcoming events, and help people find resources specific to their needs.
GREETERS
Our team of greeters is often the first point of contact people have at weekend services. Volunteers in our Welcome ministry are responsible for greeting guests, offering direction, and fostering a friendly environment.
PARKING
Our parking lot coordinators are the first faces you see when you get to New Life. Their main role is to direct traffic between services and to keep the parking lot safe for churchgoers on their way to and from service.
Live Stream
The Live Stream volunteer team ensures that our Online Campus is up and running at peak performance. They are responsible for all online streaming of services and events.
Ushers
Ushers keep things moving smoothly at the start of each service. They help guests find open seats as well as directing them to where the rest of their group is seated. Ushers also assist in distributing materials that may be required for that service. They also facilitate the collecting of offerings during service.
YOUTH
Volunteers at New Life Youth work with the students from 5th to 12th grade by praying with and for them, chaperoning on youth events, and acting as a role model for the students.
MEDIA & PRODUCTION
Volunteers on the Production team keep things running smoothly during our weekend services and at events so that our attendees have a great experience meeting with the Lord, and the church. They run the lighting and sound booth during services, put up slides for services and set up for services and events.
WORSHIP
TEAMS
Every weekend, our church is led by talented and committed musicians who make up our campus worship teams. These teams serve the mission of our church by creating an atmosphere that helps people experience God’s presence.
MISSIONS
GIVING
Our Missions department supports numerous missionaries locally and around the world. A large part of our efforts goes to Operation Hope which focuses on building communities in the poverty driven villages of Haiti.
Serve at a New Life Campus.
Use your unique gifts to help build the Kingdom.
One of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships, and grow as a follower of Christ is to serve the local church. And it’s not just on the weekends! Serving opportunities are available seven days a week.
Life Groups
The best way to make a big church feel small is by joining a Life Group. Life Groups are a place to grow in your relationship with God while you connect with others. Meeting in homes across the area, people are doing life together in a fun-filled, relaxed environment and it’s easier than ever to get connected!
